Levi’s Southern Smoked Jerky is where we started, having named the business after my daughter Levi…The passion was deep inside me for many years and came out exactly at the right time.  

Fast forward to 2024 and we have evolved adding our Barbecue meat products & a food truck!!!

We are now serving mouth-watering barbecue at Levi’s Outpost.

If you thought our beef jerky was good, the barbecue is even better.  I actually started off making barbecue and was just doing jerky as a side hustle while working at a barbecue restaurant.  Once COVID came around, the restaurant closed down & I took the jerky & made it into a full-time job, which really blew up.  

For 18 months, I invested a lot of time and built out our food trailer myself and am now able to continue my passion in the food industry as a pitmaster!

Here is our full food menu – we also have a specialty menu that changes frequently for time of day and for the different events we attend that can only be seen onsite.  Everything is done old school…we smoke with oak!!!

It is our passion to ensure you experience the most amazing and flavorful beef jerky and barbecue you have ever tried.
